Jakarta, November 27, 2025 , The Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University, once again held a doctoral program promotion session for Dr. Inne Satyawisudarini, a concentration in Human Resource Management, on Thursday (11/27). The session began at 08.00 WIB in the FEB Auditorium, Building S, 8th Floor, Campus A, Trisakti University, West Jakarta.

In the open examination, Inne presented the results of her dissertation research entitled“The Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Mediated by Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Commitment of Employees of the Sharia People’s Financing Bank (BPRS) Regional 2 West Java.”This study raises strategic issues regarding how organizational culture can strengthen HR performance through key managerial variables in the Islamic banking industry.

The trial was led by Prof. Dr. Yolanda Masnita Siagian, MM, CIRR, CMA, CPM as the Chief Examiner, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Willy Arafah, MM, DBA, CMA as the Examining Secretary. The promoter team consisted of Prof. Dr. Bahtiar Usman, M.M., CIFM, CIERM as Promoter and Dr. Justine Tanuwijaya, MBA, CHRMP as Co-Promoter. The examination also involved leading academics, namely Dr. Deasy Aseanty, SE, MM, CHRMP, Dr. Andreas W. Gunawan, MBA, and external examiner Dr. dr. Daniel Kisahwan, MM.

The proceedings proceeded in an orderly and scientific manner, featuring in-depth discussions on the academic contributions and practical implications of the research, particularly regarding improving employee performance in the BPRS sector. Through a comprehensive series of questions and answers, Dr. Inne successfully defended her scientific arguments before the examiners.

This open defense is a crucial step for Inne Satyawisudarini in completing her doctoral studies at Trisakti University and promoting her research to the nation and state. Through this promotion, she has made significant contributions to the fields of human resource management and Islamic banking.
