New students

The selection of new student admissions for the Doctoral Program in Economics, FEB Usakti, must meet the following requirements:

1. Have passed the course written exam, TOEFL, TPA and interview. The submission of a minimum TOEFL score of 500 and a minimum TPA of 550 is carried out before the dissertation proposal examination.
2. Has completed academic administration (Diploma, Transcript, etc.) and
3. Have signed and submitted a statement if for two consecutive semesters the financial administration has not been paid off, it will be postponed.
4. For foreign students, additional certificates from the Directorate General of Higher Education, residence permits, and mastering the Indonesian language are required.

Active and Inactive Students

Students are obliged to re-register at the beginning of each semester by paying full academic fees and completing the KRS (Study Plan Card) until they are declared passed at the time of Yudisium. Students are divided into active students and inactive students.

1. Active students are students who have paid the tuition fee in full for the upcoming semester or students who have paid the tuition fees they are required to pay for the upcoming semester through installments, delay payments, sponsorships or other forms that have obtained university approval.
2. Inactive students are:
   • Students without a permit are inactive because they do not pay the tuition fee which is their obligation for the upcoming semester, so that the period of inactivity is calculated in the student period.
   • Students who are permitted by the Head of the Doctoral Program for any reason and with justifiable reasons to take academic leave, whether planned or not (at their own request or due to illness, defense or state duties, or Trisakti University assignments) by fulfilling the academic leave conditions set i.e. taken before the end of the study period, and a maximum of 4 (four). In this case, the student’s inactive period is taken into account in the study period.

Students who do not fulfill financial administration for two consecutive semesters are automatically declared inactive anddrop out (DO).
