On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, the Doctoral Program in Economics, Management (Human Resources) Concentration, held a promotion hearing for Dr. Audita Setiawan. The hearing went smoothly and successfully, and Promovenda Audita Setiawan received a very satisfactory predicate and was entitled to hold a Doctorate in Economics. The research, entitled “The Influence of Workplace Spirituality, Trust, and Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance Through Organizational Commitment on Auditors in the Public Accounting Firm of West Java,” this research theme is very interesting to study and the results of the research can be a contribution to policy makers, science, and scientific works for the nation and state of Indonesia.
