The Trisakti University banner is dark blue, with the Trisakti University logo in the middle.

Based on the 1965 Trisakti University statute, the logo of Trisakti University is a trident (a traditional mythological weapon) in black color which symbolizes the tridharma of higher education which includes education, research and community service which rests on five black legs symbolizing the basic Pancasila of the Indonesian state.

Each faculty within the scope of Trisakti University has its own banner which in the middle uses the logo of Trisakti University in a different base color.

The colors of the banners of each faculty are:

• The Faculty of Law uses red,
• The Faculty of Economics uses yellow,
• The Faculty of Medicine uses green,
• The Faculty of Dentistry uses purple,
• The Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning uses blue
• The Faculty of Industrial Technology uses light blue,
• The Faculty of Earth and Energy Technology uses dark blue,
• FALTL uses light green,
• FSRD uses Tosca green color,
• Postgraduate use brownish orange color.
